We are a fully remote company so we give you the freedom to decide yourself which schedule fits best for you - asynchronous work is our way to do that.
Every team has a budget to meet up twice per year, to bond, work on strategic topics and have fun together!
You will receive a one-time payment of EUR 850 gross to purchase any equipment you need for your remote office. We provide you with a rental laptop which will be shipped to you.
We’re a remote company but we fully believe in the power and importance of face-to-face connection and being together in one place. To us, remote does not mean ‘never together’. We have one annual all-co meet up where we get all Sastronauts together for a few days to bond and build the culture and social glue that is so important to us.
Additionally, each team gets together a few times throughout the year too. The cadence of these meetups is decided on a team-by-team basis.
