From dedicated equipment and learning budgets to annual offsite events for the whole team – Sastrify supports a sustainable work/life balance.
We offer 30 days of paid-time-off on top of national holidays, no matter where you are based and which contract you have with us.
You will have a budget of EUR 1.000 per year to spend on any kind of learning and development activities - you are free to chose whatever is best for you.
End of each quarter we come up with a little virtual event (SastriVirtual). Each time something new is awaiting us to foster team togetherness.
Every year around spring we invite all Sastronauts to come together at one place to bond, celebrate and simply have an amazing time together. Check out our first-ever and latest offsite here.
We are a fully remote company so we give you the freedom to decide yourself which schedule fits best for you - asynchronous work is our way to do that.
Every team has a budget to meet up in person once per quarter, to bond, work on strategic topics and have fun together!
You will receive a one-time payment of EUR 1.850 gross to purchase any equipment you need for your remote office. We provide you with a rental laptop which will be shipped to you.
Alternatively, you can chose between working in WeWork (co-working space) with a reduced equipment budget (EUR 1.000).
We’re a remote company but we fully believe in the power and importance of face-to-face connection and being together in one place. To us, remote does not mean ‘never together’. We have one annual all-co meet up where we get all Sastronauts together for a few days to bond and build the culture and social glue that is so important to us.
Additionally, each team gets together a few times throughout the year too. The cadence of these meetups is decided on a team-by-team basis.
We know there might be some people for whom travel is not an option or is far more complex and we strive to be as inclusive as possible around this. You’re welcome to address this topic during the interview process (chat to your recruiter for more on this).
